How it works

Disinfection and deodorisation: understand the role of ozone and UV according to the model.

Two complementary roles

Ozone and UV: what is the difference?

Two complementary actions support equipment hygiene: ozone treats items inside the chamber, while UV treats air in the circulation system on equipped models.

Ozone reaches the equipment

Air carries ozone through the closed chamber and into contact with the items. Its oxidising action contributes to disinfection and helps reduce the compounds responsible for odours.

A programme suited to the materials and a load that allows air to circulate help the treatment run as intended.

UV treats the circulating air

On equipped models, a UV lamp supplements treatment of the air as it returns to the circulation module. Ozone and UV therefore act at different points in the circuit.

UV acts within the air-treatment module; ozone is carried through to the equipment.

Magic Klenzing System

Your Klenz cycle, step by step

We help you choose the right programme for your equipment and plan how to use your cabinet throughout the day. From preparing the items to completing the cycle, a few simple steps help you use your installation correctly.

Discuss my requirements
  1. Prepare your equipment
  2. Let the treatment run
  3. Collect your equipment

Prepare your equipment

Place compatible items in their compartment, leaving space for air to circulate, then start the appropriate programme.

Let the treatment run

During the cycle, air carries ozone through the chamber. It then returns to the treatment module, where UV acts on equipped models.

Collect your equipment

Wait for the full programme to finish before collecting your equipment. Follow the appliance’s indicators and opening instructions.

The right layout for your equipment

KS-320, KS-520 and KS-820 have individual footwear compartments; MS-1000G and MS-2000G accommodate boots. MS-260SW, MS-280SW and MS-480SW are designed for clothing, while MS-280S and MS-480S accommodate equipment on shelves.

We help you choose the format and functions your activity needs: ozone treatment, air circulation, drying and UV on equipped models. The items you treat, the number of users and your daily routine guide the choice of cabinet.
